Hallmark cards introduced this children's phenomenon on 1983, in which a year later, it had its own animated series. I would like to thank my sisters Penny and Jennifer for their influence on this painting.
The "Summed up" version on the characters:
A orphan girl named "WISP" gets magically swept away by unknown forces to a land of no color. She steals the sphere of light, rescues/kidnaps(whichever you prefer) seven color kids (INTENSITY), and acquires a color tool belt which brings the land back to the world of color (All in high definition VHS!!!!!!!!). This belt of extraordinary abilities also makes it possible for her horse, STARLITE (the self proclaimed most magnificent horse in the universe), to walk on rainbows! That's right, RAINBOWS! Oh yeah, the horse can also talk and fly. Only in a perfect world right?
